Shipping Fees Domestic shipping We have a flat rate of $3.99 for domestic shipping. Shipping is free of any order over $75
Order Processing Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to be processed. *During high volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
Deliver Estimates Delivery times depend on distance to location. Your tracking information will be updated with that information as your order gets closer to its destination. Most packages will be delivered within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive a tracking number to the email address provided once your order has been processed.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds? For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of loose leaf teas. We offer sample sizes and recommend you try a sample size before investing in a larger quantity.
