We’re excited to share some big news: we’re moving our production home to California. As a native Californian, it means so much to bring Elevation Tea Company back to the place where my love for nature, flavor, and craftsmanship first began. This move is a dream come true, but it’s also a major coast-to-coast transition, and we want to be upfront about what that means for you.

 

To relocate equipment, shift inventory, and prepare our new production space, we’ll need to temporarily pause fulfillment. From December 16th through January 20th, orders will not be shipped. We’ll begin fulfilling all orders again starting January 21st, and we’ll work swiftly to get every package out as soon as possible.

 

If you’d like your tea without delay, I highly recommend placing orders before December 16th so you’re stocked up during our brief downtime.

Our top priority is to get production running again quickly and smoothly. As a fellow tea lover, I truly understand how meaningful that first (and last) cup of the day can be, and I can’t wait to get your favorites back in your hands.

 

Our new facility will be in Camino, California, nestled in the heart of the beloved Apple Hill region. We’ll be right along the Apple Hill Trail, a place known for orchards, wineries, charm, and year-round outdoor beauty. As we settle in, our long-term vision is to open the space for public tastings, tea flights, small events, and a welcoming environment where tea lovers can gather among our tea garden. We’re aiming for late summer, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
